Shipping Methods : Orders are typically shipped via major carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and common LTL carriers. Alternative shipping arrangements may be available upon request.

Shipping Terms : Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all orders are shipped FOB origin. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

Shipping Charges : Shipping costs are calculated based on package dimensions, weight, destination, and selected carrier. Shipping charges will be added to the invoice unless the customer arranges their own freight.

Customer-Arranged Freight : Customers may arrange their own shipping at their own expense. Please notify us in advance if you will be using your own carrier account.

Order Processing & Lead Times :Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received or credit terms are confirmed. Transit times vary depending on the destination and carrier.

Delivery : Any delivery dates provided are estimates only. Avanaro LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged or Lost Shipments : Any visible damage should be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Claims for damaged or lost shipments must be reported to us and the carrier promptly.
